Day 2 on Rock Werchter 2015, Friday the 26th June.
We started with a visit to the Jupiler stage with Eppo Janssen and to experience afterwards an unforgettable moment. Studio Brussels and Rock Werchter brought a wonderful tribute to the deceased singer, Thé Lau, of the band The Scene. After this intense moment, we were looking forward to Mumford & Sons and to admire Róisin Murphy, in The Barn. Róisin rocked quiet hard. A stunning performance in which electronic music was a main ingredient. Her new single, ‘Jealousy’, with funk influences, became a highlight. After numerous fancy dress changes and a lovely atmosphere in this tent, we went to the main stage for the arrival of Pharrell Williams. Young ladies, children, dancers came on stage during the numerous hits of Pharrell, who were all perfectly planned. For many around us, but also for us, one of thé highlights of this edition. For tonight, we’re looking forward to Noel Gallagher, Lenny Kravitz and of course The Prodigy. (JL)
