The label from London gave us the new Josh Lasden & Synoptic release, or the Studio Sunday EP. This EP contains 2 tracks, where ‘Funky Swing’ is our favorite and as the title already suggests, is a funky track where the bass line and organ especially are forming a musical story. The title track, or ‘Studio Sunday’, is situated between tech house and underground house with a mysterious synth and rolling percussion. (TE)
